Het is bijna het einde van het jaar en u weet wat dat betekent: tijd voor superlatieven om het af te ronden allerbeste van de afgelopen 12 maanden. En als het gaat om mode voor beroemdheden, hadden we veel om mee te werken in 2022.
We doken diep in de modearchieven (d.w.z. rode lopers, evenementen, concerten enzovoort van januari tot december) en vonden 22 sterren die volgens ons het jaar 2022 bepaalden. (Hoewel we moeten toegeven dat het ons pijn deed om een aantal bijzonder stijlvolle celebs van de lijst te schrappen.)
Of het nu een modeshow op de eerste rij was (wie kan vergeten wanneer Anne Hathaway een eerbetoon gebracht aan haar personage "Devil Wears Prada"?), een branche-evenement zoals de Met Gala of CFDA-prijzen (waar TikToker-showstopper werd Addison Rae schitterde echt), een prijsuitreiking of een filmfestival (niemand doet het zoals Jodie Turner-Smith), deze mensen reisden de wereld rond om te doen waar ze goed in zijn: er verdomd geweldig uitzien voor de camera's.
